About Patient Voice
After twenty years of caring for surgical patients, I realized that something needed to change. I have listened to thousands of patients express their level of dissatisfaction both during, and after, hospitalization. Their problems, nearly every time, boil down to poor communication with the hospital staff. In my experience, nursing and/or administration rarely identify these patients until after the problems have escalated.
Patient Voice provides tools for both patients and caregivers that strengthen their relationship by increasing communication and reducing workload. Simultaneously, the data collected can be used to draw conclusions and enact changes to improve the patient experience.
Although I started this project, hundreds of dedicated healthcare professionals have collaborated to help grow Patient Voice into its current form. We believe in the product, and would welcome an opportunity to make a presentation to your facility.
